Legally binding per statement below:

Customer requests Americom Systems to place Automated Phone Calls on Customer’s behalf.  Customer is responsible for the content of the recorded messages used for this Phone Broadcast Order.  Customer is responsible for the phone data it provides making sure it complies with “National Do Not Call Registry” and all Federal, State, and Local Laws. Customer agrees not to hold Americom Systems, and it’s employees responsible or liable for any damages from placing Automated Telephone Calls for Customer. Americom Systems will dial the phone numbers provided By Customers and play the recorded messages provided by Customer on this order. Busy and non-answered calls

will be redialed for maximum completions. Americom Systems will keep all data and messages received from Customer strictly confidential. This Agreement, and all rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

The Customer agrees that any dispute shall be governed

by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of

California and that of Riverside County, California shall be the

proper venue for any action against Americom Systems and it’s employees.
